Avitail is in private beta — questions and problem reports both go to the same place.

If something went wrong, the three things that make it fixable are: what you were doing, what you expected instead, and roughly when it happened — the time lets a crash report be matched to your account. The aircraft's name helps too.

Questions crews ask first

Does it work without a signal?
Yes — that is the point of it. Every aircraft you have access to is kept on the device and stays fully usable in the air: browse, search, edit, and photograph. Your changes queue up and are synchronised the next time you have a connection.
What happens if two of us edit the same item?
Both edits are kept and Avitail tells you about the conflict rather than silently picking a winner. You are shown what each person changed and you choose.
Who can see our aircraft?
Only the people invited to it. Access is per aircraft, with roles that control who can make changes, and it can be revoked at any time by the aircraft's owner.
Does the AI change our inventory on its own?
No. Photo capture and dictation produce proposals. Nothing reaches the aircraft until a crew member reviews and approves it.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email support@avitail.com from the address you signed in with. Deleting an aircraft from inside the app permanently removes its items, photos, and history. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. iPad is the device Avitail is designed around.
