Avitail is in private beta — questions and problem reports both go to the same place.
If something went wrong, the three things that make it fixable are: what you were doing, what you expected instead, and roughly when it happened — the time lets a crash report be matched to your account. The aircraft's name helps too.
Questions crews ask first
- Does it work without a signal?
- Yes — that is the point of it. Every aircraft you have access to is kept on the device and stays fully usable in the air: browse, search, edit, and photograph. Your changes queue up and are synchronised the next time you have a connection.
- What happens if two of us edit the same item?
- Both edits are kept and Avitail tells you about the conflict rather than silently picking a winner. You are shown what each person changed and you choose.
- Who can see our aircraft?
- Only the people invited to it. Access is per aircraft, with roles that control who can make changes, and it can be revoked at any time by the aircraft's owner.
- Does the AI change our inventory on its own?
- No. Photo capture and dictation produce proposals. Nothing reaches the aircraft until a crew member reviews and approves it.
- How do I delete my account or my data?
- Email support@avitail.com from the address you signed in with. Deleting an aircraft from inside the app permanently removes its items, photos, and history. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
- Which devices does it run on?
- iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. iPad is the device Avitail is designed around.
